Experience adventure with your significant other by climbing the many mountains in Ella. The Little Adam’s Peak is a relatively easier climb that provides stunning vistas of the hill-country. Should you be willing to take it up a notch, trek through the jungle terrain to the summit of the Ella Rock, and experience a stunning view of the early morning sunrise.
If you are the type of couple who are adrenaline junkies, then you should definitely try out the zip line in Ella. Soar through the air, 82metres above ground level at a speed of 80kmh, while you appreciate the natural beauty of Sri Lanka’s highlands.
With several guesthouses, great cafés and restaurants, Ella is not all about the outdoors. Enjoy some great food and signature Sri Lankan hospitality when you visit the many food and beverage spots in Ella. You could also meet and connect with fellow travellers while you enjoy some live music and sample scrumptious Sri Lankan cuisine.
